The hotel's location provided easy access to transportation and was just a short walk to the city center. The staff was friendly and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. Breakfast was enjoyable and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.

Centrally located, peaceful enviroment, easy parking, pool, friendly and helpful staff.

Room 147 smelled strongly of cigarettes. Wifi connection at least in the reception area / bar is a must. But still satisfied with my choice, since its good value for money.

Reasonably priced, clean pool is available during the morning and day, friendly staff, free parking which is closed over night.

- Towels were not changed daily, - some signs of wear especially in bathroom, - Internet access is available only in small unconditioned room in lobby with wired Internet not WiFi from room, - some rooms have Internet access as standard and one we got had view on internal part of the building (with constant generator humming noise through open window). While I cannot 100% guarranty, it could be possible that when booked via Booked.net you get lower quality rooms. - bed was overused and folded towards center - not big problem but shows that some interior/furniture refresh would be welcome.

The ac was not good, there was no hot water, just cold no sound proofing between rooms,, there was too much noise being heard from the corridor and other rooms. Breakfast was not enough, everytime we went for breakfast everything was finished, aceept for the cheese and milk!! it was a shame of a hotel... sorry!! not worth the price.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for my business trip, and there was a good variety offered at breakfast. the hotel had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom.

The room decor was outdated, and the noise from the street could be heard from inside the room. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and inconsistent, making it difficult to work efficiently.

The location is perfect, very near to Erice and not to far from Trapani. The person who attends us was very kind and gentle, she help us with everything and she was always attentive, i recommend this hotel 100 %. The rooms are very big and confortable. We had a very nice stay during our trip.

The breakfast was decent and they had a good variety of pastries and fruits. The location was convenient as it was near a metro station and a shopping center. Plus, the hotel had a nice lobby with comfortable seating.

My experience was ruined by the staff. They were unhelpful and unfriendly, making me feel unwelcome.

This hotel is in a commercial, modern area of the city with many nearby stores and restaurants. the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. the hotel staff provided excellent service and was very helpful with recommendations for local attractions. the breakfast had a good variety of options, including fresh pastries and yogurt. the hotel also has a pool which was a nice bonus.

The air conditioning in the rooms could have been cooler.
